All the non-resident ODIAR services providers should file their monthly return GSTR-5A on or before the prescribed due date of February 2023.

20 March 2023

All non-resident individual need to file the GSTR-5 along with the payment of GST on or before prescribed last date of February 2023.

Every Input Service Distributor is required to file GSTR-6 on or before the prescribed due date of 13th March for February 2023.

10 March 2023

10th March 2023 is the due date for filing GSTR 7 for the period of February-2023.

10 March 2023

For registered Indian e-commerce taxpayers who are required to pay TCS, the deadline for submitting GSTR 8 for the month of February 2023 is on or before March 10th.
